Backlog Blueprint LLC
Your access to and use of the services offered by Backlog Blueprint LLC (doing business as The Backlog Blueprint™) are governed by the following Terms. By choosing to enroll in our programs, use our digital platforms, or purchase our consulting services, you agree to be legally bound by these conditions.
1. Scope of Services
The Backlog Blueprint™ offers specialized business coaching and strategic advisory for owners within the construction industry. Our offerings include:
- Private and group advisory sessions
- Digital educational modules and training
- Proprietary scorecards, templates, and tracking tools
- Operational frameworks and implementation support
Please note that our services are strictly educational and advisory. We do not provide physical labor, manage on-site construction projects, or make final operational decisions for your company. Business outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.
2. Enrollment Requirements
Our programs are designed for professional business owners aged 18 and older. By signing up, you confirm that you are legally authorized to operate your business and have the full authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Billing and Financial Terms
Enrollment is finalized once the client accepts the program terms and submits the required payment. We offer various payment structures, including one-time tuition and scheduled installment plans. All financial details are disclosed upfront and processed through secure providers like Stripe.
By selecting an installment plan, you authorize recurring charges. Clients agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks for contractually agreed-upon payments. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in a suspension of service access.
4. Disclaimer of Earnings
We make no specific guarantees regarding revenue growth, profit margins, or backlog increases. Your success depends on various external factors, including market shifts, local labor availability, and your own execution of the provided strategies. Illustrative examples or case studies shared by us do not constitute a promise of similar results.
5. Final Sale Policy
Because our services involve immediate access to proprietary digital assets and advisory time, all sales are considered final. Once access to our frameworks, recordings, or coaching sessions has been provided, refunds will not be granted unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
6. Proprietary Rights
All training materials, templates, and frameworks provided are the intellectual property of Backlog Blueprint LLC. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these assets within their own business operations. You may not resell, reproduce for commercial gain, or distribute these materials to non-clients.
7. Mutual Confidentiality
We prioritize your privacy and expect the same from our clients, especially within group coaching settings. You agree not to disclose internal strategies or confidential business discussions shared within our programs.
8. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Backlog Blueprint LLC is not liable for business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from decisions made based on our coaching. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for our services.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in South Carolina.
